The criteria used in choosing ENIAC were:

• Contribution to Sales (Services and Licenses)
• Major percentage of installed products
• Major number of hours dedicated to MS project consulting
• Forecast trustworthiness
• Contract and Operation Management
• Effective use of Microsoft Sales Methodology
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft product lines
• Major potential for future contribution
