OnBase OnBase is an Integrated Document Management (IDM) system that combines workflow capacities, management, imaging and document distribution.

OnBase manages business processes interactively organizing and controlling documents flow dynamically.

OnBase enables organizations to speed up its operations and to share the critical information with employees, business partners and customers.

OnBase main modules are:

COLD: Automatically identifies, compress, indexes and stores all documents generated by reports and print-outs.

Document Imaging: Converts paper documents into images using a format variety while automatically indexed.

EDMS: Stores, manages, revises and controls ODBA application files, for example Microsoft Office (word, Excel, Power Point) or Lotus Smart Suite, totally integrated.

Aplication Enabler: Enables to emulate a session (5250, 3270, ANSI and VT220) from OnBase with a host, supporting this application with images.

Workflow: Automatic routing of documents and business processes works; graphic configuration, notification, work charge balance and reports.

WebServer: Interfase WEB enables documents publication and access to workflow from Explorer o Navigator, making data available to our employees, business associates and customers, wherever they are and whenever they need it.

Client: OnBase Interface with user. Sophisticated search, recover, revision, print and distribution of documents can be made from here.

Distribución de Documentos: Automatically distributes information to thousand of receptors via fax, e-mail, CD, DVD or WEB.
