This innovative application works on Windows NT/2000/XP operative systems and can be configured in three languages, turning it into an ideal application for a wide user’s sector. Maitre’D Back-Office have many modules:

Maitre'D e-Global

The Maitre'D e-Global Suite eases communication between the Corporate Office and any number of locations. This flexible software is highly adaptable to user needs and creates daily data transfers that are crucial to the long-term efficiency of any sized restaurant chain.

Unique to Maitre'D, your Corporate Office can now control menus, pricing and other variables with the touch of a button. By using the broadcast feature from a central location, users can activate automatic settings that standardize operations in all their units. Whether it be to set recipe measures, indicate promotions or initiate new prices, Corporate Office creates date-activated files that will automatically update all or selected systems. To ensure that everyone in the organization is up to date, the system will automatically send a text message with broadcasts to inform key employees of changes. Maitre’D e-Global can transmit data from a corporation's various locations into one consistent database, which then can be manipulated to facilitate analysis and decision-making processes. Transfers are easily configurable and sure to provide users with the exact information they require. Data can be transferred from all units or groups of units to the Corporate Office at any frequency

With the Maitre'D report center, Corporate Office can receive the different figures from all their units every night in a detailed data send, which is stored in a central database. From the central database, users can customize reports for the specific analysis of any one concept, area, restaurant or transaction
